Manchester United signing Sanchez or Manchester City announcing De Bruyne's new deal. Which deal made the headlines?

Manchester city announced that Kevin De Bruyne had signed a new deal.
The English League leaders have tied the 26-year-old midfielder to a long term deal, despite his initial contract not terminating until 2021.

The Belgium forward is City's record signing after joining for a whooping sum of £55m from Wolfsburg in August 2015.
Whilst, On the other side of Manchester, Alexis Sanchez was officially announced as a Manchester United player on Monday evening - just few minutes of City confirming that Kevin De Bruyne had penned down a new deal. 

Alexis Sanchez was a top target for Pep  and the Chilean forward was widely expected to sign for man. City this month after a deal collapsed last summer.

But United's involvement in the deal changed everything totally and United fans were not impressed with what they saw as attempts by City to make everyone forget that they wanted Sanchez themselves.
